NYU Langone Health's Department of Surgery, part of NYU Grossman School of Medicine, is seeking a dynamic, full-time attending vascular surgeon to join and help expand a robust academic community vascular practice in Brooklyn.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding clinical skills with expertise in open vascular surgery and a commitment to clinical innovation, education, and collaboration within a premier health system recognized for patient care and scholarly activity.

Qualifications

• Full-time attending vascular surgeon.
• Strong interest in limb salvage.
• Interest in academic medicine and education.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical OR and vein cases.
• Rounding on inpatients and discharging patients in a timely fashion.
• Seeing all outpatients in a timely fashion.
• Fielding transfer calls including off hours and taking dedicated vascular call.
• Timely completion of Medical Records with legible documentation.
• Participation in performance improvement activities and teaching services.
