City Year seeks an Academic Tutor and Mentor to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth in partner public schools. You will provide small-group and one‑on tutoring, assist teachers in the classroom, and mentor students to build confidence, attendance, and engagement.

You’ll collaborate with a diverse AmeriCorps team and school staff, track student progress, and help deliver after‑school and enrichment activities.
