City Year seeks an Academic Tutor and Mentor to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth in partner public schools. In this full-time role, you will provide daily small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, track student progress, and collaborate with teachers to reinforce classroom instruction.

You’ll build strong, supportive relationships with students, serve as a positive role model, and help lead enrichment, attendance, and after-school activities.
