Qualifications

• Associate degree in education or related field required.

• Must obtain FBI fingerprint, PA background check, child abuse clearance, and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities.
• Provide individualized support and reinforce learning for students.
• Facilitate small group instruction under teacher direction.
• Support classroom management and positive behavior strategies.
• Prepare instructional materials and organize classroom resources.
