This position is responsible for providing incoming and continuing Edgewood University adult and graduate students with exceptional service while assisting them with every aspect of the enrollment and graduation processes including but not limited to course registration, academic support, financial aid, and disability & accessibility services. The incumbent will be responsible for executing Edgewood University’s enrolled student communication strategy and utilizing the college’s software system to collect, synthesize, and present student persistence and retention data to key college stakeholders.
This position is hybrid with three days per week required to work on campus.
