Applicants must have a demonstrated commitment to and potential for excellence in teaching and mentoring. **Work Schedule**Full-time faculty members teach 36 load hours annually, across Fall, Winter, and Spring Semesters; this total includes up to 6 load hours of professional development. In the days immediately preceding and following semesters, faculty members attend meetings, grade papers, perform professional development activities, etc. Semesters last approximately 14 weeks, and annual faculty contracts cover 47.5 weeks.Courses, and other department responsibilities, are assigned by the department chair.
