The Opportunity:

CACI has an immediate need for a part time/on-call Academic Strategist to join our award winning team located remotely or in Homestead, FL. As an Academic Strategist, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world military operations. This position supports command leadership in identifying and implementing advanced educational strategies, ensuring personnel are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for mission success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with leadership to identify requirements in military strategy, intelligence, logistics, and cyber warfare.
  2. Facilitate the integration of academic programs with operational objectives, ensuring practical application.
  3. Monitor progress in educational programs, providing guidance to maximize their impact on mission success.
  4. Develop and implement long-term educational strategies to support operational goals and enhance professional development.
  5. Act as a key advisor in ensuring military operations are informed by the latest academic advancements.
  6. Develop and recommend educational strategies and programs that enhance operational capabilities.
  7. Guide personnel in applying academic knowledge to real-world military scenarios.
  8. Monitor and assess the progress of personnel in academic programs, providing insights on leveraging their training for mission planning and execution.
  9. Collaborate with leadership to align educational initiatives with long-term operational goals.
  10. Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations on educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years in roles integrating academia with military efforts or related experience in educational strategy development.
  3. Proven ability to translate academic theory into practical military applications.
  4. Advanced degree in military strategy, intelligence, operations, or a related field.
  5. Experience in operational coordination at an O-5 level or above tactical, operational, or strategic command.
  6. Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver bilingual Spanish-English presentations and reports.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,800-$191,000
