Job summary

The University of Washington Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery invites applications for a full-time academic Sleep Surgeon at the Assistant or Associate Professor WOT level. The position combines clinical sleep surgery, teaching, and research within UW Sleep Center at Harborview Medical Center.

Responsibilities include providing sleep surgery, participating in a multidisciplinary team with Sleep Medicine, and mentoring fellows, residents, and medical students.

Qualifications

• MD (or foreign equivalent) and board eligibility/certification in Otolaryngology.
• Washington State medical license eligibility.
• USMLE steps completion for sponsorship eligibility (if required).

Responsibilities

• Teach and practice comprehensive sleep surgery within UW Sleep Center.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary Sleep Medicine team.
• Engage in teaching residents, fellows, and medical students; participate in research.
