Position Title: Academic Scholar – Clinical Pediatrician, Ambulatory, Division of General Pediatrics
The Department of Pediatrics at the University at Buffalo (UB), Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, in collaboration with Oishei Children’s Hospital of Buffalo (OCH), is actively recruiting a board-certified/board-eligible pediatrician for an urban, community-based, general pediatric ambulatory practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in community partnerships, comprehensive primary care, and advocacy for underserved populations.
The clinics are certified as Patient-Centered Medical Homes by New York State and serve as core ambulatory training sites for pediatric residents and medical students. Responsibilities include ambulatory care, shared ambulatory call duties, and weekend newborn nursery coverage, distributed equally among division faculty. The successful candidate will receive an academic appointment at the University commensurate with their rank. The position offers excellent benefits.
