Job summary

Banner University Medical Group in Tucson invites an experienced clinician to join the Division of Rheumatology as part of an academic practice. The physician will provide care at our main and south campuses, teach medical students, residents and fellows, and pursue scholarly projects with an Assistant or Associate Professor appointment at the University of Arizona.

The role encompasses inpatient and outpatient care with a 1.0 FTE commitment, supporting faculty development and collaboration

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required
• Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology
• Ability to obtain AZ license
• DEA registration required

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Teach medical students, residents and fellows.
• Pursue scholarly projects and academic research opportunities.
• Care at Banner University Medical Group's main and south campuses.
