Job description

Overview

  • This is a Remote Position

The Academic Reporting Coordinator is responsible for providing regulatory reporting support to campus-based nursing and non-nursing programs. This includes gathering and synthesizing data relevant to program operations, preparing written responses for academic-related reporting, and collaborating with the Compliance team to coordinate submissions to state and other regulatory agencies. The position also involves tracking the performance of Concorde's academic programs to meet outcomes, regulatory, state, and accreditation requirements, supporting academic excellence.

Responsibilities

  1. Review and maintain a library of accreditation standards related to nursing and other academic programs.
  2. Support the timely completion and submission of nursing annual reports and regulatory documents, and contribute non-nursing documentation to the Compliance team as needed.
  3. Create and submit accreditation applications and responses.
  4. Assist with new program applications.
  5. Maintain a master projects calendar with timelines for accreditation activities and ensure deadlines are met.
  6. Coordinate the production and distribution of program handbooks and guides.
  7. Research, track, and monitor student progress, including exit exams and licensure pass rates.
  8. Audit and maintain records of program advisory meeting minutes and ensure proper documentation and archiving.
  9. Gather and analyze data related to program development, improvement, and effectiveness.
  10. Assist campuses in preparing for accreditation and regulatory site visits.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Associate Degree in education, technical writing, English, or a related field (required).
  2. Bachelor’s degree in education, technical writing, English, or a related field (preferred).
  3. At least three (3) years of experience with programmatic accreditation for healthcare academic programs (required).
  4. At least three (3) years of technical writing experience (required).
  5. At least three (3) years of project management experience (required).
  6. Intermediate proficiency with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including document formatting, data management, formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, and multimedia presentation development (required).
  7. Compensation for this role ranges from $53,000 to $77,000 per year.
