Penn State Health Department of Radiation Oncology in Hershey, PA, invites applications for a full-time academic radiation oncologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to join our expanding faculty. The successful candidate will hold a faculty appointment at Penn State College of Medicine and provide clinical services at the Penn State Cancer Institute in Hershey.

The role offers opportunities for teaching, research, and clinical trial enrollment, with access to advanced technologies

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent medical degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team-based approach to care.
• Completion of an accredited training program.
• Ability to obtain a license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• BC/BE in radiation oncology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive radiation oncology care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards.
• Engage in research and scholarly activities with trials.
• Teach residents and medical students.
