Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine physician to join its academic faculty. This primarily inpatient-based role focuses on critical care and inpatient pulmonary consults, with a small outpatient component, at a high-acuity quaternary referral center with a robust academic mission.

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.
• Sleep Medicine certification or interest is desirable but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide attending-level care in the Medical ICU and other ICUs as needed.
• Manage complex, high-acuity critically ill patients, including advanced ventilatory support.
• Provide inpatient pulmonary consultations across the hospital.
• Collaborate with subspecialty teams including cardiology, neurology, oncology, and transplant.
• Supervise and teach trainees in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
