Job summary

Novel Prep is seeking an experienced Academic Advisor in Irvine, CA to provide personalized guidance and plan advising sessions that help students reach their full potential. You will develop course schedules aligned with institutional goals and maintain accurate records to support student success.

You will ensure compliance with education and data privacy regulations while maintaining open communication with students and parents, contributing to a supportive, outcome-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Prior experience in academic advising, student support services, or related areas.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin strongly preferred.
