Qualifications

  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding clinical care in plastic surgery, including breast reconstruction and microvascular procedures.
  • Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows through lectures and hands-on sessions.
  • Engage in scholarly activities: research, publish, and present findings at conferences.
  • Assume academic leadership roles and participate in committees and strategic initiatives.
  • Engage with the community to promote plastic surgery awareness and health education.
  • Maintain credentialing, documentation, and adherence to hospital policies.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and leadership training.
  • Participate in on-call schedules and coordinate patient care across services.
