Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of sourcing/recruiting experience; healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
• CPRP Certification through AAPPR preferred; comparable certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle physician/provider recruitment from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership and academic partners to develop recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, site visits, and credentialing processes.
