SLUCare Physician Group seeks a BC/BE Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join our Division of Cardiology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. This role involves providing comprehensive EP care and educating medical students, residents, and cardiology fellows within a nationally recognized academic health system.

The position includes advanced EP procedures, device implantation, and inpatient/outpatient cardiac care, with teaching and research opportunities in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive electrophysiology care, including diagnosis and management of arrhythmias, AFib, VT, SVT, and conduction disorders.
• Participation in advanced EP procedures, device implantation, and inpatient/outpatient cardiac care.

Job Description: Saint Louis University School of Medicine and SLUCare Physician Group seek a BC/BE Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join our growing Division of Cardiology. This faculty position offers the opportunity to build a thriving clinical practice while educating medical students, residents, and cardiology fellows within a nationally recognized academic health system.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive electrophysiology care, including the diagnosis and management of cardiac arrhythmias, atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, supraventricular tachycardia, and conduction disorders. The position includes participation in advanced electrophysiology procedures, device implantation, and inpatient and outpatient cardiac care.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Academic faculty appointment with Saint Louis University School of Medicine
• Established electrophysiology program within a comprehensive cardiovascular service line
• Opportunities to perform:
  • Complex ablations for atrial and ventricular arrhythmias
  • Implantation and management of pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices
  • Advanced electrophysiology studies and mapping procedures
  • Left atrial appendage closure and other structural collaborations as available
• Teaching opportunities with medical students, residents, and cardiology fellows
