Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat infants, children, and adolescents.
• Provide preventive care and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote health education, wellness, and disease prevention initiatives.
• Document patient care in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Teach and supervise medical students and residents, as applicable.
• Maintain faculty status in good standing with Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine (when applicable).
• Adhere to University Hospitals policies, procedures, and physician standards of practice.
