UT Tyler School of Medicine in Henderson, TX invites BE/BC pediatricians to join our experienced, collegial team providing comprehensive care in UT Health East Texas facilities. This faculty position offers a meaningful clinical role with teaching opportunities.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with 4 hours of administrative time, and coverage of the newborn nursery and basic pediatric inpatient unit, with NICU nearby for consults.

Qualifications

• BE/BC pediatrician with ability to teach and participate in clinical care.
• Experience with newborn nursery and basic pediatric inpatient care.
• Occasional deliveries with NICU nearby in Tyler region.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric care in Henderson, TX.
• Teach residents and students in a clinical setting.
• Collaborate with UT Health East Texas; use Epic EMR for documentation.
