Jackson Physician Search in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Pediatric Surgeon to lead a new service line within a Level I Trauma and Safety Net hospital. The role offers autonomous practice with strong support in anesthesia, pediatric neurosurgery, and subspecialties, plus opportunities to teach residents and medical students.

The position provides a very competitive base salary potential of $700,000+ annually, plus a negotiable sign-on bonus, loan repayment through PSLF/NHSC, comprehensive benefits,
