Job description

Overview

The Department of Head and Neck Surgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA seeks applicants for a fellowship trained pediatric otolaryngologist at the all levels to join our growing and dynamic academic faculty. Academic appointments will be commensurate with experience. The health system includes several busy neonatal intensive care units, pediatric intensive care units, outpatient clinics, surgery centers and operating room facilities. There is opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary clinics, including craniofacial, aerodigestive, and vascular anomalies, as well as hospital-based pediatric programs. The UCLA Health System and Mattel Children\'s Hospital UCLA have a tertiary/quaternary presence and provide a diverse experience, with the full breadth of pediatric otolaryngologic care, with a special interest in building an internationally acclaimed Pediatric Airway program.

Clinical, translational and/or basic science research and dedication to education are prerequisites. The individual will have the opportunity to participate in both resident and medical student education.
