Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent medical degree.
• Completed pediatric residency program.
• Completed pediatric endocrinology fellowship.
• Board certified or board eligible in pediatric endocrinology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Virginia and DEA licensure.
• Experience in clinical care of pediatric endocrine patients.
• Strong teaching ability and commitment to medical education.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical care in pediatric endocrinology within CHoR/VCU.
• Deliver inpatient and outpatient endocrine services for children and adolescents.
• Participate in after-hours and call coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including dietitians, educators, and psychologists.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, fellows, and APPs.
• Support fellowship programs in Pediatric Endocrinology and Obesity Medicine.
