Children’s Hospital of Richmond (CHoR) at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) seeks a Pediatric Endocrinologist at Assistant or Associate professor level to provide expert clinical care and contribute to education, research, and program growth.

The division offers an extensive range of services for diabetes, obesity management, endocrinology, and metabolism, with fellowship programs and a robust research portfolio.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent medical degree required.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship Program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Virginia.
• Active DEA licensure.
• Credentialing at VCU Health required.
• Experience in pediatric endocrine care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care as a Pediatric Endocrinologist within CHoR/VCU.
• Deliver inpatient and outpatient endocrine services for children and adolescents.
• Participate in after-hours and on-call coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across nutrition, diabetes education, nursing, and psychology.
