About the Position

The NYU Grossman School of Medicine’s Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology seeks to hire an academically-oriented pediatric dermatologist. Our division currently consists of three board-certified pediatric dermatologists. We provide ambulatory care and inpatient consults for a diverse patient population across the NYU Langone Health system and at New York City's historic Bellevue Hospital. We seek a candidate committed to education, clinical excellence, and scholarship. This position offers opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration, trainee education at all levels, and cutting-edge research within a renowned department and world-class academic medical center.

Department Highlights

The Department has a tradition of leadership and excellence in dermatology. Our education program includes instruction for medical students, residency and fellowship training at NYU Langone Health, Bellevue Hospital, and the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System; and advanced training through NYU's Continuing Medical Education. We offer an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Dermatology Fellowship. The department is a leader in collaborative research and is among the top programs nationally in grant funding.

Candidate Requirements

• Board certified in Dermatology
• Completed an accredited pediatric dermatology fellowship
• Certified or eligible in Pediatric Dermatology
• Hold a New York State medical license at the time of employment

Compensation and Appointment

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Base Salary: $230,000 - $270,000
