Job summary

WVU Medicine Golisano Children’s Hospital in Morgantown, WV, seeks a Pediatric Cardiologist with expertise in echocardiography, TEE, and fetal imaging for appointment at Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank. The successful candidate will practice primarily in Morgantown and support the state-wide pediatric cardiology outreach program, including clinics with diagnostic testing.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligible for state medical license.
Completed Pediatric residency and Pediatric Cardiology fellowship.
Ideal candidates with Advanced Non-Invasive Cardiac Imaging training.
Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Cardiology.
For Associate/Professor rank, leadership, communication, and publications required.

Responsibilities

Practice pediatric cardiology with echocardiography reading and interpretation including TEE.
Perform fetal echocardiography.
Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
Participate in outreach clinics and grow cardiology services statewide.
