Qualifications

• Evidence of potential for scholarly leadership and university teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses, including preparation of syllabi, lectures, assignments, and assessments.
• Develop and deliver curriculum aligned with current educational standards and best practices.
• Advise and mentor students on academic, professional, and career development matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues in program and course coordination, as needed.
• Participate in accreditation, program review, and curriculum development activities; engage in scholarly activity.
• Serve on college and university committees and contribute to college-wide initiatives.
• Support student recruitment, admissions, and retention efforts as appropriate.
• Stay current with developments in the field and incorporate new knowledge into teaching and practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Chair or Program Director.
