Job summary

Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona in Metro Phoenix seeks an Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to lead advanced trauma care and educate medical students. You will manage complex orthopedic trauma cases, perform specialized surgeries, and participate in academic activities with Creighton Medical School – Phoenix.

The role offers a competitive two-year salary guarantee, followed by RVU-based compensation, plus a sign-on bonus, full benefits, CME allowance, tail malpractice coverage, relocation

Qualifications

MD/DO degree and board certification required.
Arizona license active or eligible.
ACGME-accredited residency with ABMS board certification.
Trauma fellowship completed.
Commitment to clinical excellence and academic contribution.
Ability to obtain hospital privileges in AZ.

Responsibilities

Manage and treat complex orthopedic trauma cases (1:5 call).
Perform highly specialized trauma surgeries in dedicated OR with 24/7 staffing.
Collaborate with APP call coverage.
Mentor medical students and participate in trauma research and protocols.
