Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to deliver comprehensive surgical care for a wide range of conditions, including extractions, trauma, sleep surgery, TMJ, rehabilitation, and implant-based reconstruction.

Academic appointment at Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level is available; collaboration with dental specialists, physicians, and researchers, plus teaching and mentorship of students, residents, and fellows, with access to

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited dental program.
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) residency program.
• Eligibility for Pennsylvania dental licensure.
• Ability to obtain required federal and state narcotics certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical care for a wide range of oral and maxillofacial conditions, including extractions, trauma, sleep surgery, TMJ, oral rehabilitation, and implant-based reconstruction.
• Collaborate with dental specialists, physicians and surgeons across disciplines and staff to deliver hospital-based care.
• Engage actively in the education of students, residents, and fellows.
• Access robust research resources and support to advance academic and clinical innovation.
• Help shape the future of patient care while supporting the mission to improve community health.
