Job summary

WVU Heart & Vascular Institute seeks non-invasive cardiologists for faculty roles at our main Morgantown campus. Positions available at ranks Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor, with travel to additional sites as needed.

Candidates should have MD/DO and state licensure eligibility, be board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease, and pursue imaging certifications. Teaching and clinical research opportunities are available and encouraged.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and license eligibility.
• Board certification in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.
• Desire or plan to certify in imaging modalities (echocardiography, nuclear, CT, MRI).

Responsibilities

• Teach medical students, internal medicine residents, and cardiology fellows.
• Engage in clinical research opportunities alongside patient care.
