Job summary

The Division of Cardiology at Albany Medical College/Albany Medical Health System is seeking an academic non-invasive cardiologist (Assistant, Associate or full Professor) to join our growing team. Training and/or experience in Cardiovascular MRI/CT or Preventive Cardiology will be a plus, with opportunity to practice full scope of non-invasive cardiology in a collaborative academic environment.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in cardiovascular diseases.
• Training/experience in CMR or CCT or preventive cardiology is strongly desired.
• Active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility for licensure in New York State.

Responsibilities

• CCU and inpatient consult service duties.
• Focus on cardiovascular MRI, CT and/or echocardiography based on training/experience.
• Teach medical students, residents and cardiology fellows.
• Develop or participate in clinical/translational research.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of APPs, nurses and technicians.
