Job summary
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join their Division of Cardiology at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. This role includes providing high-quality patient-centered care, participating in education for fellows and residents, and engaging in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
Level II or III Echo training preferred.
Commitment to clinical excellence and academic medicine.
Responsibilities
Provide expert inpatient care in the CCU and cardiology consult services.
Provide expertise in Imaging Laboratories including Echocardiography.
Maintain a longitudinal outpatient practice focused on preventive cardiology.
Teach and supervise cardiology fellows, residents, and medical students.
Contribute to clinical quality improvement and departmental performance metrics.
