Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligible for state medical licensure.
• Completed neurosurgery residency program.
• Board certified or board eligible in neurosurgery.

Responsibilities

• Practice neurosurgery including cranial, spine and peripheral nerve procedures.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Assist hospital leadership in organizing neurosurgical care across staff.
• Perform routine cervical and lumbar spine discectomy and fusion surgeries.
• Address basic brain tumors and cranial emergencies.
