Job summary

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine invites applications for a full-time Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon in the General Obstetrics and Gynecology Division. This appointment can be tenure track or clinical track, commensurate with experience.

Applicants must have an MD and complete an ACGME residency in obstetrics and gynecology, with fellowship in MIGS. Board certified/eligible is expected.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in obstetrics and gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Participate in clinical and educational activities of the division.
• Contribute to medical student and resident education and teaching.
• Provide obstetric and gynecologic clinical care in the division.
• Travel to off-site outpatient clinic locations as required.
