Tufts Medical Center in downtown Boston seeks an experienced, board-certified Plastic Surgeon with a microsurgery fellowship to join our academic Division of Plastic Surgery. The role emphasizes microsurgical reconstruction including free-flap and breast reconstruction within a high-volume practice.

The physician will have a primary academic appointment at Tufts Medical Center with clinical duties at affiliated Tufts Medicine community hospitals, and will teach, research, and help expand access

Qualifications

• Board-certified plastic surgeon with microsurgery expertise.
• Fellowship-trained in microsurgery and breast reconstruction.
• Proven experience in high-volume reconstructive procedures and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive plastic and reconstructive care with microsurgical reconstruction and free-flap surgery.
• Perform complex reconstructive procedures across diverse patient populations.
• Contribute to a high-volume breast reconstruction program.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Engage in clinical research, scholarly activity, and program development.
