Job summary

Emory Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Atlanta seeks a full-time board-eligible/board-certified plastic surgeon with microsurgery expertise at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level to join a busy academic reconstructive practice.

The microsurgical fellowship next year will expand opportunities in breast reconstruction, general cancer reconstruction, and complex soft-tissue coverage, with inpatient/outpatient practice growth and a strong focus on resident education

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified plastic surgeon.
• Expertise in microsurgery required.
• Academic appointment at Assistant/Associate/Full Professor level.
• Commitment to education, research, and program development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a robust microsurgical and reconstructive practice.
• Provide breast, cancer and soft-tissue reconstruction options.
• Educate residents and fellows and participate in clinical research.
• Contribute to the advancement of the academic plastic surgery program.
