Job summary

University of South Florida (USF) is recruiting a Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician for an open academic position within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The MFM team covers labor/delivery, antepartum care, ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, and perinatal consultation, with active fetal therapy and complex pregnancy programs.

The role includes clinical duties, teaching of residents and fellows, and ongoing academic activity with potential for research funding and collaboration at USF

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent degree.
• Board eligibility/certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Completed Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship.
• Unrestricted Florida medical license eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide general and high-risk Obstetrics and Gynecology care, including deliveries and surgeries.
• Teach medical students and residents through rounds, lectures and clinical activity.
• Engage in research and scholarly activity; contribute to academic missions.
• Participate in departmental service and administrative activities; contribute to resident/fellow education.
