Job summary

West Virginia K-12 Jobs is seeking two Academic Interventionists for Mullens Elementary and Mullens Middle School to provide targeted support for identified students. This contracted, hourly extracurricular assignment involves up to 40 days per position at $200 per day, funded by ESEA Title 1.

Qualifications

• Valid West Virginia Teaching Certificate
• Minimum Five (5) years teaching experience

Responsibilities

• Provide intervention services to identified students needing additional instruction.
• Collaborate with core and support teachers, school principal, and county curriculum department to plan intervention strategies
• Participate in and utilize professional development relevant to instructional delivery of a high quality standards-based program.
• Implement and follow the county model in the delivery of instructional intervention strategies.
• Submit required documents in a timely manner

Education
