Job summary

Lake Fenton Community Schools is seeking an Academic Interventionist for Torrey Hill Intermediate School (Grades 3-5). The role is 29 hours per week at $21 per hour, starting November 30, 2026. The position focuses on MTSS-driven ELA and Math interventions and data-driven decision making.

Knowledge of WINN is preferred. Experience with grade 3-5 populations and proficiency in Google Sheets aides in tracking progress and adjusting interventions to meet student needs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher required.
• WINN for Education (What I Need Now) knowledge preferred.
• Experience with MTSS processes preferred.
• Experience analyzing data (NWEA, DRA) preferred.
• Experience with students in grades 3–5 preferred.
• Experience with ELA/Math interventions preferred.

JOB TITLE: Academic Interventionist

LOCATION:

Torrey Hill Intermediate School – Grades 3-5

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s degree or higher required
• Preferred knowledge and experience of the WINN for Education process (What I Need Now)
• Preferred knowledge and experience in working with students in grades 3-5
• Preferred knowledge and experience in providing ELA and Math tier 2 and tier 3 interventions for Title One and/or At-Risk students
• Preferred knowledge and experience in analysis of student data (i.e., unit NWEA, DRA, etc.)
• Preferred knowledge and experience in Google Sheets
• Preferred knowledge and/or experience in providing various types of math and reading interventions to students
• Knowledge of the MTSS (Multi-tiered System of Success) processes
