Job summary

UT Health East Texas is seeking a faculty member to provide interventional pulmonary services at the University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine. The role includes conducting advanced diagnostic procedures and mentoring students and staff.

The ideal candidate will have completed an Interventional Pulmonary fellowship and demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and teaching. Successful applicants will engage in both clinical activities and quality improvement initiatives within the East Texas area.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Interventional Pulmonary fellowship.
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Interventional Pulmonology.
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and multidisciplinary patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive interventional pulmonary services including advanced bronchoscopy.
• Collaboration with thoracic surgery and oncology.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, fellows, and staff.
