Job summary

You will design and deliver professional learning and engage families for school improvement.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years' classroom experience preferred.
• T-5 content certification preferred.
• Leadership or instructional supervision endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models best teaching practices for teachers.
• Works with individual students or small groups to reinforce core material.
• Identifies students who are academically at-risk and develops strategies.
• Plans professional learning sessions for teachers.
• Provides coaching to ensure alignment with CCSD curriculum.
• Collaborates with families and community to support student success.
• Attends RTI/EIP/SST meetings as needed.
