The candidate will teach students and residents, participate in scholarly activities, and contribute to departmental conferences and student mentoring within a collaborative team at the Toledo campus.

Qualifications

• Must possess an MD/DO equivalent.
• Successfully completed a residency in general internal medicine; fellowship if applicable.
• Board certification or eligibility within 3 years of hire and appointment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach medical students and residents in classrooms, rounds, ambulatory clinics and didactics.
• Participate in research and scholarly activities with intramural and extramural grant potential.
• Engage in administrative/service functions within the department and teaching hospital committees.
