Job summary

Tufts Medicine is seeking an Academic General Internal Medicine/Primary Care Physician for its downtown Boston academic practice. The candidate should be board-eligible or certified in Internal Medicine, with a Massachusetts license preferred, and a willingness to contribute to health equity and clinical research.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine is required.
• Passion for primary care and willingness to work with a diverse patient population.
• Additional training or expertise in geriatrics, LGBTQ+ health or addiction medicine is a plus.
• Current medical license in Massachusetts preferred.
• Bilingual (Chinese) or multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primary caregiver for a panel of adult primary care patients.
• Teach medical and health professional students; precept internal medicine residents; attend inpatient general medicine or geriatrics services.
• Opportunities for clinician-educators, mentorship, and support for clinician-investigators.
