- Precept and mentor Internal Medicine residents.
- Participate in curriculum development, scholarship, and program growth.
- Utilize protected faculty time for teaching, research, and curriculum activities.
- Engage in leadership roles to support the residency program’s development.
- Collaborate with experienced clinical teams and leadership.
