Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care including exams, evaluations, diagnoses and treatment for a specified patient population.
• Prescribe medications and treatment regimens as appropriate to conditions.
• Refer patients to specialists and to relevant care components as appropriate.
• Train and supervise medical students and residents in specialty activities and procedures.
• Maintain department productivity and adhere to policies and safety standards.
