The candidate will participate in curriculum development and scholarship within a growing IM residency program, with opportunities for program leadership and a balanced outpatient schedule.

Qualifications

• Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Arizona medical license or eligibility.
• Interest in teaching and mentoring Internal Medicine residents.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborative approach to clinical practice and medical education.
• Interest in scholarship, curriculum development, or future academic leadership is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient internal medicine care in a supportive ambulatory practice.
• Precept Internal Medicine residents and participate in resident education and mentorship.
• Contribute to curriculum development and scholarship within the IM residency program.
• Support program development and potential leadership opportunities within the residency.
