MaineHealth Primary Care – Internal Medicine – Falmouth is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join our established outpatient practice in Falmouth, Maine. The selected candidate will join seven physicians and two advanced practice providers in a team-based, patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from accredited medical school.
• Active and unrestricted State of ME medical license, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Join an outpatient Internal Medicine practice with seven physicians and two advanced practice providers.
• Provide team-based, patient-centered care aligned with the Patient Centered Medical Home model.
• Include opportunities for teaching or involvement with Tufts School of Medicine clerkships.
