Jefferson Health in Philadelphia seeks a full-time Inpatient Pulmonologist (Assistant/Associate Professor) to join the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy & Critical Care Medicine at Jefferson University Hospital, focusing on patient care, teaching, and scholarly activity.

MD or DO with Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship, Board Certified/Eligible in Pulmonary Disease (Critical Care certification a plus), eligible for Pennsylvania licensure, and a strong interest in inpatient academic practice are

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship
• Board Certified/Eligible in Pulmonary Disease (Critical Care certification a plus)
• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
• Strong interest in inpatient pulmonary medicine and academic practice

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient pulmonary consultative care and ongoing management
• Participation in multidisciplinary rounds and collaboration with hospital teams
• Teach and mentor pulmonary/critical care fellows, residents, and medical students
• Contribute to clinical research, quality improvement, and scholarly activities
• Engage in the academic mission of a leading pulmonary division with 35 active faculty
