Qualifications
- Must hold a PhD, MD or MD/PhD and be certified by ABMLI/DMLI or ABP with immunology focus.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in South Carolina if applicable.
- Formal training in clinical chemistry or related pathology labs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Medical Director of Immunology and oversee Immunology laboratory operations.
- Develop, validate and implement new laboratory assays and diagnostic approaches.
- Lead teaching of medical students and pathology residents.
- Foster collaborations with clinicians and researchers; participate in translational research.
