Applies professional UC Academic HR concepts, policies, and procedures to support the Department of Radiology's academic personnel activities. Provides guidance to faculty, supervisors, and department leadership on a variety of academic human resources issues of moderate scope and complexity, ensuring actions align with established policies and practices.
Under the direction of the Director of Academic Affairs and in collaboration with the Academic Resource Center (ARC), the Academic HR Analyst 2 assists with academic personnel processes for the department. The incumbent coordinates and processes academic appointments, merits and promotions, recruitments, and onboarding actions, ensuring timely and accurate submission of complete files. Responsibilities include drafting job descriptions, placing advertisements, managing AP Data actions, and monitoring compliance with Academic Affirmative Action requirements.
