Job summary

Beverly Pathology, an independently contracted pathology group within the Cedars-Sinai Health System Foundation, invites applications for a Hematopathologist at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level. Eligible candidates must hold Board Certification or be Board Eligible and obtain a California medical license.

The hematopathology division provides comprehensive diagnostic services and collaborates closely with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and its affiliates.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in hematopathology with eligibility for CA medical license.
• Academic appointment at Assistant, Associate, or Professor level.
• Experience in hematopathology subspecialty practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sign-out of hematopathology specimens including bone marrow and lymph nodes.
• Practice in flow cytometry and interpretation of hematopathology results.
• Participation in multidisciplinary conferences and tumor boards.
• Teaching residents, fellows, medical students, and laboratorians.
• Engagement in scholarly activity and translational research opportunities.
